We've both stood in empty rooms — new apartment, fresh move, blank walls — knowing the potential was there but having no way to reach it. We scrolled Pinterest for hours. We stared at paint swatches. We moved furniture at midnight only to move it back.
Hiring an interior designer wasn't realistic. Guessing wrong meant wasted money on pieces that didn't work. And the gap between what your space is and what it could be stayed frustratingly wide.
Interior design has always felt like something that happens to other people — the ones with the budgets, the connections, the trained eye. That felt wrong to us.
